Here at the Female Choice Plumbing Rostrevor booking centre, we had received a call from a new customer on Friday the 30th of December, at 8:19am, with the issue of a leak in the bathroom that they thought was to be coming from the shower as the carpets outside of the bathroom were wet. They requested a plumber to attend to their property on Trevor Avenue in Rostrevor as soon as possible as it was causing damage the longer it was left. We had an availability that day, shortly after the phone call was taken, between 9am and 12pm. The customer eagerly booked the time frame and our plumber DS arrived to their property in Rostrevor at 10.33am. DS was shown to the area of where the wet carpet was, and then headed to the bathroom and checked all taps and water heads. He had found that the shower head rubber seal was missing which may have caused the water to leak into the wall and on to the carpet. DS provided a tap service kit which included Hydro seals, O-Rings, Body Washers and Lube. He also tested the main water line to make sure there were no leaks coming from there, which there was not. On completion, DS made sure to leave no mess behind, and the customer paid via Mobile EFTPOS as the machines are kept in our vans.
