On Wednesday the 28th of December at 8am, a customer called though to our Female choice booking centre as her hot water system had started to leak. The customer requested a timeframe of between 1 – 4pm that afternoon. Our plumber AY arrived at the Telford Street address in Ovingham within the allocated timeframe at 2:40pm a begun work on the Bosch instantaneous system straight away. Due to the age and condition of the current unit, the plumber advised the customer that it would be cheaper in the long term to have the whole system replaced rather than repaired. While on site the plumber was able to provide the customer with a fixed price to have the system replaced. The customer was happy with the priced and was happy for the work to go ahead. With the fixed priced agreed too, the plumber started disconnecting the old unit and preparing the area for the new one to be installed. With the area ready for the new hot water system, the plumber installs the brand new water heater in the same position as the previous one. Once fully installed, the plumber performs safety checks on the new unit and provides the customer with a printed invoice as well as certificate of compliance and any manuals that came with the unit. We are able to offer our customers with an interest free payment plan for this type of work however the customer chose to pay with her credit card on the mobile eftpos facilities.
Once every job is completed, our customer service manager contacts each customer to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the work that was completed. This customer said she was “very happy with the plumber and the work.”
