A customer of Female Choice Plumbing Old Reynella called through on the 15th of November as they needed a plumber. The customer living on Walnut Street, Old Reynella needed a plumber as they had a blocked toilet. The customer advised the booking centre staff member that no other drains were affected. The customer requested the plumber attend between the hours of 12pm and 3pm that day.
The plumber arrived onsite at 2:47pm and inspected the blockage. The plumber located the inspection opening 3 units feed into the inspection opening but no inspection points were raised on property. The plumber plunged the toilet to clear the blockage. The blockage was cleared. This was determined by the plumber doing a paper test onsite. this involved the plumber putting toilet paper down the toilet and flushing to ensure the drain had been completely cleared. The plumber did advise the plumber that if there are any more issues then the toilet inspection point would need to be raised.
The customer paid the plumber with Eftpos on completion via the mobile Eftpos machine fitted to the plumbing van he arrived in. the customer also had the option of paying with cash or cheque.

At Female Choice Plumbing Reynella we have a range of different drain equipment available for customers blocked drains. We have a high powered water pressure machine called the hydro – jet. The hydro – jet blasts through blocked drains. We have a Rigid/Marco which has cutters at the end of the pipe to cut through blockages. We also have a drain camera that can determine the cause of a blockage and if there is any permanent damage to the drains and pipework.
A repeat customer of Female Choice Plumbing Reynella called through on the 9th of November as they needed a plumber. The customer living on Castle Street Reynella required a plumber as they had a blocked drain. The customer said their kitchen sink was blocked. The customer went on to say the blocked kitchen sink was affecting the outside drain also. The customer requested the plumber attend between the hours of 2pm and 5pm the following day.
The plumber arrived onsite and cleared the blocked drain through the kitchen gully. He did a camera inspection and found the cause of the blockage was tree roots. He also found from the camera inspection that there was permanent damage to the drain and pipework. He advised the customer that a section of the drain would need to be replaced.
