At 2:59pm on Friday November 11th Female Choice Plumbing’s call centre received a call from a landlord that had a tenanted property with a Vulcan Gas hot water unit that the tenant could not get the pilot light to stay lit. The landlord requested we try and get a plumber out as soon as possible so he would be able to meet the plumber on site. Fortunately we were able to offer him for one our plumbers to arrive at the Totara Avenue address in Canning Vale within the hour!
Our plumber servicing the Canning Vale area arrived at the property at 3:48pm within the hour of the booking call was taken as promised. Our plumber got to work assessing the hot water unit and found that the unitrol and hot relief valve needed replacing. The plumber provided the landlord with a fixed price quote for the supply and install of both of the parts required. The customer was happy with the quote and the quote was accepted straight away. Our plumber then sourced the parts and completed the work required immediately. At the end of the job the landlord used his credit card to pay via the plumber’s mobile eftpos machine.
