A customer with a residential property located on Feathertail Place in Wakerley, Queensland contacted our Female Choice Plumbing team in Wakerley at 4 o’clock in the afternoon on June 8th to organise for a plumber to attend the next day to fix a leaking tap. After discussion, a job was scheduled between 4 pm and 7 pm as this worked out the most convenient for the customer and their work schedule.
The plumber attending the property contacted the customer half an hour before his expected arrival time to let them know he would be arriving at the property soon. This meant the customer wasn’t having to leave work early unnecessarily. The mixer tap cartridge was replaced on the leaking mixer tap in the downstairs bathroom shower. This was a simple job for the plumber that was able to be completed using stocked parts he was carrying in his van with him when arriving to the job. The job was completed and the plumber was off site within just 15 minutes. This is an advantage for the customer as we only charge in quarter hour blocks so they were only charged for time on site and not for a full hour like many other plumbers charge.

Female Choice Plumbing recently received a call from a new customer in Burton, South Australia who needed a plumber because they had a leaking mixer tap. The call came through to our booking centre at 9:44am on Friday June 9th and we were able to arrange for a plumber to come out that very same day between the hours of 3pm and 6pm.
Our local plumber arrived at the Parkview Street address at 4:42pm that same day. The fully qualified plumber came in a van stocked with standard parts so that he could start working straight away. All of our plumbers first complete a job safety check before beginning the work to make sure it is safe to proceed. Once this was done, the plumber was able to replace the mixer tap in the customer’s kitchen. The plumber found that the old tap was leaking from the cartridge and underneath it so it needed to be replaced with a new once.
Female Choice Plumbing finished this job quickly in just half an hour. Once the work was completed, the customer chose to pay using the convenient mobile EFTPOS facilities that each of our plumbers have available in their van.

Female Choice Plumbing recently attended a job for a local customer in Madeley, Western Australia who needed a plumber because they had water leaking from the main water pipe outside their house. Our booking centre received the call on the afternoon of Monday June 5th and we were able to arrange for a plumber to come out the following day between 1pm and 4pm, as was convenient for the customer.
Our local plumber arrived at the Belcastro Way address just after 3:00pm on Tuesday the 6th of June. The fully qualified plumber arrived in a van stocked with standard parts and materials so that work could be started immediately. All of our plumbers first complete a job safety analysis to make sure it is safe to do the work. The plumber was then able to repair the burst pipe that was located near the water meter. Our plumber cut out the burst tee piece and then welded in a new tee piece. After this repair, the water was switched back on and there were no leaks.
Female Choice Plumbing had completed the work and left the site just before 4:30pm. Once the work was completed, the customer chose to pay using our convenient mobile EFTPOS.

The Female Choice plumbing Beveridge customer contact centre received a call at 11:53 am on Monday the 29th of May from a local customer that was getting some appliances delivered later in the week that were needing to be installed by a plumber. As the new appliances were being delivered late Thursday afternoon the booking centre team member suggested we get a plumber out the following morning so they could enjoy the new appliances for the weekend. The customer agreed that this would be fantastic and the job was scheduled for the plumber to attend between 10 am and 1 pm on Friday June 2nd.
When the plumber arrived at the Mandalay Circuit property in Beveridge he was met by the customer who advised the plumber that she had a dishwasher and fridge that needed to be installed and showed him the places where she wished for them to be placed. The plumber started the work immediately. The dishwasher was connected to an existing water and waste point and the fridge was plumbed to an existing water point. The plumber tested both appliance once the installation was complete to ensure neither were leaking.

Female Choice Plumbing recently attended a job for a local customer in Narre Warren, Victoria. Our booking centre received the call just before 6:00pm on Saturday June 3rd from the customer who had a possible burst pipe. We were able to arrange for a plumber to come out on the morning of Monday June 5th between 9am and 12pm at the customer’s convenience.
One of our fully qualified plumbers arrived at the Springfield Drive address shortly after 9:00am on the day. The local plumber was in a Female Choice Plumbing van stocked with standard parts so that he could begin the work immediately. Before commencing the work, the plumber performed a job safety analysis to ensure the work was risk free. The plumber found that the tap in her second storey bathroom was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. He was able to provide a fixed quote for the replacement of the tap in the bathroom, which the customer accepted. The plumber then replaced the mixer tap in the bathroom and the issue was fixed.
Female Choice Plumbing completed the work quickly and had left the site a little over an hour after they arrived on site. The customer was able to pay for the work using our convenient mobile EFTPOS facilities.

Female Choice Plumbing recently attended a job for a customer in Springvale, Victoria who needed a plumber because they had a leaking kitchen tap and a leak in their bathroom basin. Our booking centre received the call on Tuesday June 6th at 9:45am and we were able to arrange for a plumber to come out that same day between the hours of 1pm and 4pm.
One of our fully qualified plumbers arrived at the Lightwood Road address at 1:44pm that day. Arriving in a van stocked with standard parts and materials, our Female Choice plumber was able to start the work immediately. All of our fully qualified plumbers complete a job safety analysis before beginning the job to make sure it is safe to proceed. Once this check was completed, the plumber was able to replace the tapware of the kitchen sink wall set. This included installing Easyclean top halves with heads and buttons and a Hydroseal washer.
Female Choice Plumbing were able to complete the work quickly, and had left the property less than half an hour after they arrived. Once the work was completed, the customer chose to pay using the convenient mobile EFTPOS facilities that we have available in each of our plumber’s vans.
Female Choice plumbing Goodwood received a call from a customer with a property located in Union Street in Goodwood. The customer advised the team member that took the call that they were contacting as they required a plumber to attend due to their drains gurgling when they were showering and their toilet being very slow draining. The customer requested for one of our plumbers to attend the following day Saturday April 8th the customer was provided with a time frame between 12 pm and 3 pm.
Our plumber arrived on site at the customer’s home at 1:33pm which was between the allocated time frame provided by the booking team the previous day. Our plumber used his hydro drain cleaning machine to clear the blockage and then put his drain camera down the drain to find the cause of the blockage. The plumber found the cause to be a broken pipe. The customer was advised of this and was provided with a quote valid for 30 days to dig up the area the broken drain was located and replace with a new section of drain. The customer used the plumber’s mobile eftpos machine to make payment for the work.
On Thursday the 6th of April a female choice plumbing call centre representative received a call from a new customer to us, after doing a bit of research online and coming across our number and many positive online reviews. This new customer advised that they had a leaking water meter. The call was made at 12:35pm, and after discussing with the customer regarding their availability and availability of our plumbers we organised for one to attend that same day between 1pm and 4pm.
The Female choice plumber DS arrived onsite at 2:45pm to the Renown Avenue address in Clovelly Park. The plumber promptly inspected the work, and found that the water meter and meter arm were encased by huge tree roots and a tree trunk. The plumber located and exposed the copper water pipe leading to the water meter, explaining to the customer during the job that the water line needs to be re diverted from the water meter. The plumber then contacted SA water on behalf of our new customer to take new water meter arm to the customer and also recommended SA water to replace the water meter all together. The job as a whole took less than 45 minutes.
On the 7th of April a call came through to the booking centre at Female Choice Plumbing Tarneit. The customer living on Winona Circuit, call through as they needed a plumber. The customer needed a plumber as their hot water system was not heating properly. The customer explained to the booking centre staff member that they had a dux gas hot water system which was 6 years old and was running fine until a few days beforehand. They said they had an outage and when they relight the gas pilot light the water is no longer heating properly. The customer requested the plumber attend between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. The customer did say they would be in and out all day but for no longer than 30 minutes at a time. The booking centre staff member offered the customer a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
The plumber arrived onsite and inspected the hot water system. the plumber found the water was only Luke warm. He said when he emptied the water from the unit, the gas solenoid valve would not open up. The opening of this valve allows the gas to the burner. The solenoid valve was replaced in the unit and now the unit is running properly.
On completion of the work the customer paid the plumber with Eftpos via the mobile Eftpos machine fitted to the plumbers van.

A call came through to the booking centre at Female Choice Plumbing Craigieburn as they needed a plumber. The customer living on Craigburn Road, Craigieburn required a plumber as they had a blocked sewer drain. The customer advised the booking centre staff member that they had a blocked toilet. The customer requested the plumber attend between the hours of 3pm and 6pm.
The plumber arrived onsite and inspected the plumbing issue. The plumber put the jet down the drain from the toilet inspection opening. The jet is also known as the hydro jet. The hydro jet is a high water pressured machine that blasts through blockages. The plumber then put the camera down the drain. He found 2 major issues with the drain in different locations. He found 11 metres downstream, drains were broken and tree roots were entering the drains and required to be repaired. The 2nd issue was the boundary trap branch take off required to be repaired holing water in this section pipe has dropped.
On completion of the work the customer paid for the plumber with cash. They also had the option to pay with Eftpos via the mobile Eftpos machine fitted to the plumbing van or with cheque.

The month leading up to Christmas can be just as busy as Christmas day. On Friday the 18th of November in 2016, Female Choice Plumbing had a full day of customer call outs for plumbing enquiries. One customer located in Craigieburn, Victoria called through in hopes of organising for a plumber to attend due to her toilet leaking from the base of the toilet which progressively gets worse when flushed. We obviously know how expensive water bills can be these days, so we obviously wanted to get this issue sorted as quickly as possible.
Female Choice Plumbing Craigieburn arrived onsite in between the allocated timeframe and inspected the toilet immediately. When identifying that the leak was coming from the toilet pan, our plumber removed the toilet and found that the pan rubber was in desperate need for a replacement. Fortunately for our customer, our plumber attended with vans which were completely stocked with standard plumbing materials, meaning he was able to provide our customer with a same day solution to their plumbing problem. Once the toilet pan rubber was replaced, our plumber installed the toilet once again, ran a few tests and found the toilet to be running sound with no leaks whatsoever.
On completion of the work, our customer was offered the option of paying via cash, cheque or credit. Our plumber took advantage of our installed mobile eftpos machine in the van, which all of our vans carry with them to make the experience that much more convenient.
